Everything in life is vibration.
– Albert Einstein
Sound of Shanti was founded by Noriko Kojima. I am Sound Healing Practitioner, certified by Master Teacher Suren Shrestha at Atma Buti Sound and Vibration School in Boulder, CO.
He is the author of the book, How To Heal with Singing Bowls: Traditional Tibetan Healing Methods. Suren Shrestha grew up in Nepal, where this healing method has been used for many generations. I have also studied privately under a Tibetan Singing Bowl Master with ancestral ties to shamanic healing using singing bowls and other instruments.
Tibetan Singing Bowls, also called healing bowls, can be traced back to Asia as early as 2000 B.C. They are made of an alloy of different metals which create a range of different sounds and overtones, and when tapped gently, produce soothing and enjoyable sounds to the ear. Tibetan Singing Bowls can also be rubbed around the rim, resulting in another soothing sound, a vibration that is gentle and very comfortable to the body. The result is complete, natural relaxation.

Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Healing is a shower of sounds and vibrations. When you receive a sound Healing session, you will be surrounded by different sounds and vibrations that your body will naturally welcome. Each new sound will allow you to feel more and more relaxed, and you will consciously reach a state of serenity that is otherwise not often achieved.
